This is just a quick video we’ve put together featuring a few of the wonderful women who have lost 170 pounds or more and were kind enough to write to us about their weight loss journeys. All of the women featured in this video lost their weight by changing their diet, choosing healthier foods, and exercising (no weight loss surgery). Also, a few of the stories were so impressive, we were able to help a few of the women get featured in People Magazine.
Just remember… any weight loss, regardless of how much, is positive weight loss. And, no matter how big or small your weight loss goals are, the power to change comes from within… and the women in this video are living proof of that type of change. Blessings!
