“Your page inspires me so much. I wanted to take a moment to share my progress.
I have lost approximately 65 pounds of my 200-pound goal by eating more mindfully and focusing on whole, clean foods majority of the time. I’ve also increased my water intake significantly. Surrounding myself with a great support system has helped me stay on track when I get discouraged. The most important piece of advice…it doesn’t matter how much you have to lose, just start somewhere…no matter how hard it gets DON’T GIVE UP!!!
