Today’s featured success story: Wendy of Virgina Beach lost 35 pounds by changing up her eating habits and joining an adult Jam Skating crew.
Wendy has gone from 220 pounds to 185 pounds. I asked her what she did to lose the weight. She said, “In terms of eating I changed my diet to no fast food, no sodas. Only alcohol was dry wine, no sweets, and complex carbs instead of regular carbs. Lean protein, and lots of veggies. For exercise I am on an adult Jam Skating crew and we skate 2 to 3 times a week.” Great job, Wendy!!
