Sajata lost 99 pounds by changing her eating habits, walking and drinking lots of water. She went from 269 pounds to 170 pounds.
“I cut back a lot on bread, pasta, rice, chips, and soda. I started drinking lots of water and eating my favorite veggies. I also baked my meats. Walking was my main goal. I was motivated by putting my “fat pic” on the fridge. The other motivation was that my health was at stake because diabetes runs in my family. It took me about a year and a half to get to my goal. I was 269 pounds. Now I’m 170 pounds :)”
