I like this channel because it’s not edited down. You can see when the trainers are struggling or are out of breath. This is very motivating because it’s human. I feel like they are really having the same challenges that I am. I also love that they have a whole series of videos for people with limited mobility.
Keira LaShae is a singer, dancer and fitness trainer who has built an awesome brand. Her dance workouts are fun, but make no mistake… they will really make you sweat. She shares lots of advice and tips as well.

This HIIT focused channel because it provides short, effective, intense workouts that you can do at home or in the gym. The founder of this channel has a great energy and he is all about getting lean and staying lean.
BodyRock.Tv is your 24 hour fitness training pal, offering free, daily, high intensity interval training (Hiit) exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.
BodyRock is one of the first channels where I saw women doing hardcore HIIT workouts. This is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for advanced workouts that can be done at home.
You may already be familiar with the Spark People brand, the app and all of the great information they provide online. Their Youtube channel provides workouts that fun and effective. Great for beginners.
XHIT is great for quick, effective interval style workouts that you can do at home. From CrossFit to Ab work to HIIT, they have a good variety of videos to keep workout boredom away.
