Fitness Powerhouse Dreama went from 215 to 165!

Fitness Powerhouse Dreama Davidson has gone from 215 lbs TO 165 lbs. She is EXTRA fit!!

She says, “My workout regime consists of resistant training/heavy cardio…Weight and power lifting and a lot stretching. I work out 5 days a week with 2 resting days spread out. (on occasion I might do just cardio on a rest day).  I switch my workouts up every four weeks so my body rarely gets use to any given routine. The stepmill and bike are my best friends!! Lol That’s when I see the weight really fall off.

I prepare my meals at the beginning of each week and drink a gallon of water a day. Snacks include almonds, berries and egg whites. At first this whole transformation was to book more lucrative production work in film and overseas. Now my fitness is my life and has proven to make me a more happier and positive person. If anyone ever needs or will need my help I make to always stop and give some type of advice because i can remember where I started. And you need all the encouragement you can get. 😉 Once again I am truly honored that you want to feature my journey.     Just need help staying there. Everyday I’m starting over getting bigger and more depressed where do I start just trying to keep motivated I weigh 309 and I want to weigh 240 haven’t weighed that at least 25 years

    Hey I need help with my eating habits. I don’t like eating breakfast I was never a bk person. And what workout program I can use. On my own I lost 24lbs. Went from 191lbs to 167. I need to lose 15 more lbs. you look fab!

    Cograts on reaching your goal. Your story is the reason that I never give on have a body close to yours.nyour story is my story and I to love the bike and step mill. How often should I do both exercises I currently go to the gym 4 days a week and was considering joining a fitness good. Link me and can have check it out via Internet
