Nelle lost 110 pounds. She used intermittent fasting, exercise, and healthier eating habits to release the weight. Her goal is to be an active mom and show her kids that they can achieve anything with hard work.

What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My kids are everything. I want to be an active mom and show them that they can do anything with a little hard work.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started with intermittent fasting, eating from 6 am -6 pm. I also cut my portion sizes in half.
What foods did you stop or start eating?
I cut out fast food, fried food, covered in gravy food, and cold drinks (sodas).
What did your workout routine consist of?
My workouts consisted of walking and HIIT cardio.
How often did you work out?
Seven days a week, twice a day.

My starting weight was 410 pounds, and my current weight is 300 pounds.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Trust God. Consistency is key, as well as hard work and dedication.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Trust God, believe in yourself, and set small goals. Understand that you didn’t get like overnight, and results won’t happen overnight.
