Today’s Featured Success Story: Shari has lost 60 pounds!
I’m 40yrs old and started my weight loss journey in May of this year with exercising and eating right. To date I’ve lost 60 lbs! My weight was 255lbs and I have 30lbs to go! I walked and still walk 3 to 5 miles every morning, I’m now jogging 1 mile and walking the rest! My eating habits consumed of 1200 calories a day, which included chicken breast with veggies no bread no sweets for the first 3 months, my bread n sweets are now limited to one day of the week n that’s Saturday with the kids!
