“From last September to this, I have lost 40 pounds through diet and exercise. I feel a lot healthier and I love the feeling of being able to run without pain. I feel successful and am very grateful to my family for the support. I have drastically increased my fruit and vegetable intake. I drink more water and less soda. I am counting calories in vs those expended. I workout at least 5 days a week for at least an hour.
