What was your motivation?
I began my weight loss journey to improve my health. I lost my grandmother due to health problems that could’ve been prevented with proper nutrition. I have lost 67 pounds, and my results are what is keeping me motivated.
How did you change your eating habits?
I lost weight naturally by eating low carb foods. My goal is to have no more than 25 grams of carbs per day. Later, I incorporated intermittent fasting into my lifestyle.
What is your intermittent fasting schedule?
18 hours of fasting/6 hour eating window
What is your workout routine?
I work out 5-6 days per week doing cardio, HIIT, and strength training. I am a proud member of the Camp Gladiator boot camp️.

When did you start your journey?
I started my journey in Jan 2020. However, I became consistent in March 2020 and lost the most weight between then and now.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No. All natural weight loss
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Don’t compare your journeys to others and allow that to take you off track.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
My advice would be to keep your eyes on the prize and don’t begin this journey for anyone else but yourself.
