Transformation of the Day: LaShaunda lost 72 pounds. At the beginning of 2020, she began to focus on herself, spiritually, mentally, and physically. She changed her eating habits, walked daily, and fell in love with herself again as she created a healthy lifestyle.
Zakiya lost 43 pounds by changing her eating habits and working out 4-5 days a week. She was tired of stress eating, and she was tired of how weight had affected her life since elementary school. Her goal was simply to be fit and healthy.
Transformation of the Day: Rosemarie lost 41 pounds with healthy food and exercise. This Physical Therapist will turn 57 this month, and she is thriving. Her life changed after she broke her ankle, had surgery, and had to be inactive for three whole months. After this setback, she decided it was time for a lifestyle change.
Transformation of the Day: Crystal lost 90 pounds with healthy food and exercise. As her 26th birthday approached, she realized that the numbers on the scale would continue to creep up if she didn’t change her lifestyle. Now, at 32 years old, she has cultivated the disciplined mindset and habits needed to maintain her success.
Transformation of the Day: Jeria lost 150+ pounds. The passing of her mother and father sent her into a deep depression. Her doctor helped her break out of that spiral by encouraging her to live for her children. Since 2019, she has transformed her body and her health with healthy eating habits and exercise.
Keisha lost 90 pounds in 2020. She was tired of being sick and tired of complaining about her weight. She embraced the Ketogenic diet, exercising, and intermittent fasting. For her, it’s not about dieting, it’s about lifestyle change.
Micha lost 28 pounds. After several surgeries for recurring tumors, she experienced significant weight gain. Five months ago, she decided to take action and change her lifestyle. She credits intermittent fasting and having a strong support system as being two keys to her success.
