
Making veggie spiral noodles is all the rage. What was once just a favorite in vegan, gluten-free and paleo circles, is now going mainstream. You’ll find lots of recipes online featuring noodles made from beets, sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, zucchini, etc. You can get a handheld spiralizer for less than $10 and some supermarkets, like Wegmans, offer pre-cut spiral noodles in the produce section.
