Update from Kathleen (Jan 2014): “So, I am now down 107 pounds with 40 more to go. Here are some updated photos.”
Original Post: Tonight, we’re showing some BWLW love to Kathleen on her 80 pound weight loss. Â She graduates from college this month and she can now fit both legs in one of her old pair of pants.
“I have lost 80 pounds since July 5,2013.  I am 6’2 and weighed 322 pounds when I started.  I am now 242 pounds and still losing.  These photos really shows the progress that I’ve made after 80+ pounds.  I went from a size 26 to a size 14 and can fit 2 legs in one leg of an old pair of pants I use to wear!!
I have three beautiful daughters and they are my biggest motivation to be my best. I graduate in May this year from college and I will turn 40. Â On my 39 birthday, July 4, 2012, I decided that I needed to make a change, Â I realized if I started right away I had 10 months till my college graduation. I set my goal at 100 pounds by graduation and I am proud to say I have lost 80 pounds. I changed my eating habits completely and no longer eat fried foods. I drink only water, tea and occasional cup of coffee with very minimal sweetener. Â I work out at least 5 times a week for about 1 to 2 hours a session. Â I do the elipitical and stationary bike for cardio. Â I also do weights and abs and core work 3 to 5 times a week.”
