I lost 50 pounds cutting back on carbs. Â I have tried everything in the world to lose weight and I finally found something that works. I have been counting carbs and I really haven’t had time to exercise because of school, work and maintaining a family! I just wanted to share my story with other busy women who want to be healthier but do not have time to exercise. My motivation:Â My health and my self esteem. Â My weight loss journey has taken about six months.

That’s amazing you can lose weight by just counting carbs. I had to cut out alcohol and I count calories. But I also workout. I just got really serious yesterday. I hope to be someone’s inspiration in the next 6 months. Take care! 🙂

Thanks for your story. It was truly inspiring!! I started on this journey in October 2013 at 312 lbs. I’ve never been that big! I decided to do something about it. I started working out and eating right. In 3 mths. I lost 24 lbs. but due to injuries from a car accident the aches and pains became excruciating and my doctor told me to cut back to 3-4 days a week exercising. I became depressed and fell off the wagon in June but got back on it June 26th. I had to remind myself that this is a lifetime commitment. I didn’t get this way overnight so I can’t loose it overnight!! Thanks for the encouragement.
