Hello, my name is Andriana. In May of 2015, I decided to lose weight through clean eating and exercise. I have lost 67 lbs so far and still counting.
Motivation: I was tired of being unhealthy and insecure. I also felt that looked older than my age. I have always been the overweight, so I decided that it was time for me to take better care of myself.
Eating Habits and Exercise: I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. No juice or soda, just water. I workout at least 5 days a week. My workouts consist of mostly cardio exercise and I recently started weight training.
It has not been easy, but with hard work and dedication I’ve done it. I wanted to prove everybody who said I couldn’t lose the weight wrong. I still have a few more pounds to lose, but I want to be source of inspiration to anyone struggling to lose weight. You can do it! Don’t give up.
