Feb 2016 – Amazing Transformation: Sophia lost 90 pounds. Wanting to be a healthy mom was her motivation. Working hard, eating clean and exercising over the last year and a half has paid off big. Check out what she shared with us about her journey.
What was your motivation?
My motivation was my children. I wanted to become healthy for them and set a good example for them.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started slowing cutting out junk food and sweets. I began eating as clean as I possibly could.
What did your workout routines look like?
I workout 5 days a week. My workouts include cardio and weight lifting.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My start weight was 272 pounds. My current weight is 182 pounds.

My journey took approximately a year and a half.
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
Find your motivation and always remember it. Being healthy is priceless!!! Be strong and brave. You can do it.
