I will never forget being told, “You are too big. The safety harness won’t fit.” I really wanted to rock repeal with my daughter, but I was told that I weighed too much for the safety requirements. I knew then that something had to change! I started this journey at somewhere over 300 pounds. I quickly found that I couldn’t do it alone, so I sought out help. I found someone who helped me understand clean eating and fitness. Now, I have developed a serious love for fitness, even running and especially weight lifting. I couldn’t imagine my life any other way. I hope to inspire others and help be a light in anyway possible!
