I hope you’re doing well! I just wanted to give you an update on my story since I’m nearly a year into my journey. Since I was featured in September 2014, I’ve lost an additional 45 pounds, which now comes to at total of 200 pounds lost from my absolute highest weight of 389 lbs in 2010. That’s a total of 170 pounds lost since February of 2014. The process hasn’t been easy and the less you have to lose the harder it gets. However, I know now that it’s all about being willing to change in order to get results. I’m now 9 pounds away from my goal weight, and those 9 pounds don’t stand a chance against me!
