I just woke up one day and said no more. I was focusing on everyone else life and I forgot about me and my happiness. From that day on its been about me and my goals.
What did you stop or start eating?
I stopped eating fast food and red meat. Now, I eat more veggies and more fish.
What did your workout routines look like?
I work out 4 times a week, twice a day! I do lots of Zumba classes and weight lifting

What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
It’s a mind body and soul experience. Focus on being healthy and the body of your dreams will come.
