When did you start your weight loss journey?
I started my weight loss journey on August 26, 2020.
What was your motivation?
My motivation was my daughter was gaining weight. I wanted to set an example, and she quickly followed after me.
How did you change your eating habits?
My eating habits went from eating late and eating fast foods to adopting a keto/carnivore lifestyle and practicing intermittent fasting. My intermittent fasting schedule is fasting for 20 hours every day within different time frames.
What is your workout routine?
All my weight loss came strictly from changing my eating habits.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 344 pounds, and my current weight is 235 pounds.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No weight loss surgery. Only the keto diet and intermittent fasting.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The lesson I learned is to be consistent in my weight loss journey.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
The advice I give to women is to keep going, even when you feel like giving up.
