Hi, my name is Tarra F. I began my weight loss journey in April 2015 with a starting weight of 214 pounds. I was inspired to start my weight loss journey by an local exercise boot camp that offered a program to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. My friend suggested them to me. I was motivated by seeing someone start the boot camp and get exceptional results. I wanted the same results. Along with the workout program, a special diet was created for me which consisted of meals that were high in protein. I ate meat, green veggies and healthy carbs. My exercise routine was boot camp class for an hour, 5-6 days a week.
As of September 2015, I’ve lost 33 pounds and continue to have my mind Motivated, Determined and Focused on a better lifestyle. I’m 5’2″ tall and I currently weigh 181 pounds (as of Sept 2015).
I could no longer live with being heavy. My advice to others is: Stay Driven, Determined and Focused… and you will never give up.
