“I went from a starting weight of 245 pounds to weighing 200 pounds, and I’m Still losing. My 7 year old son was my motivation. He wanted me to be active with him and he even encouraged me to work out with him. So, I changed my diet to smaller portions. I cut out bread and sodas. Now, I strictly drink water. My workout routine consists of pilates and walking. For me, while working a full-time job it’s hard for me to put it in a daily exercise routine. I’m busy going to school as well. It took me a year to see results because I wouldn’t stick with my plan, but I love the results that I’m seeing now. I have so much more energy and drive.”
