Hello, My name is Tanita, and I’m 27 years old. I have been on an overall health journey for a while. I was always interested in veganism and being healthy. However, I really shifted things into gear after my daughter was born three years ago, and my body changed.
What was your motivation? I was motivated just by wanting to be healthy and live a long life. The energy and mind-clearing that you get from working out can move mountains. I recommend it to everyone and remember we all have to start somewhere.
Tell us about your current eating habits and your workout routine. I do intermittent fasting on most days. I train at the gym five days a week, doing half cardio and half weight lifting.

What is your height? I am 5’9″.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far? I have learned that you have to work through the good and bad times of your fitness journey.
I want to inspire other people, most importantly moms, and let them know we are beautiful, strong, and healthy. I want to let others know it may be hard at first, but it will get easier. I was featured on this platform before, but now I have a new meaning in my workouts. I’m becoming better, and that is inspiring others.
