Transformation of the Day: Evelyn lost 31 pounds. She is on a mission to look and feel great. Patience, consistency, and lots of exercise have been the keys to her success.
What was your motivation?
My motivation for losing weight was my entrance into the Miss Fashion Global competition in November 2023. Also, I knew I would look and feel ten times better after losing weight.
How did you change your eating habits?
I just ate less food.
Tell us about your workout routine.
I did cardio every day and weight training every other day. So that was my workout routine, no days off.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 220 pounds, and my current weight is 189 pounds.

I am 5’9″
When did you begin your weight loss journey?
I started in January 2023 until today.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No. No weight loss surgery for me.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
How to be patient and consistent is the biggest lesson I’ve learned thus far.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
The advice I have for women who want to lose weight: I would tell them not to give up even if they see themselves gaining weight or not reaching their goals when they want to or plan to because if they remain consistent, they will reach their goals.
