Transformation of the Day: Amanda lost 43 pounds with healthy food and exercise. After the birth of her child, she decided to start her transformation journey. Seven months later, she’s achieved great results and she shared with us how she slimmed down.
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I made a commitment to myself to continue my weight loss journey after having my baby. My motivation to lose weight is wanting to live a healthy lifestyle.
How did you change your eating habits? Did you use a specific plan or program?
I do not eat fast food or junk food, and I eat smaller portions. In addition, I cut back on eating a lot of carbs, stopped drinking sugary juice, and increased my water intake.

What did your workout routine consist of? How many days a week did you work out?
My workout routine is consists of cardio and weight training four days a week.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight in July 2021 was 305 pounds. My current weight is 262 pounds.

I learned to trust the process of my own journey and stay Consistent.

Consistency is key. Trust the process of your own journey. Know your “Why?” and let that be your motivation to keep going.
