What was your motivation?
I had a serious health scare two years ago, and I used that experience as motivation to get in shape.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I found my Why. Reflecting on Why I started always keeps me focused.
How did you change your eating habits?
I prioritized protein and cut out sweets. Also, I have an amazing trainer who provided me with a meal plan.
What is your workout routine?
My routine includes cardio and strength training. I’m building muscle and losing fat.
How often did you work out?
I work out 5-6 times a week.
