Transformation of the Day: Tannette lost 90 pounds and several dress sizes. She began her transformation journey by going Keto after her son was born to become a fit and healthy mom.
When did you start your journey?
How long did your transformation take? I started the Keto diet on August 1, 2020, after giving birth to my son. It took eight months to complete my journey.
What was your motivation?
My motivation: my newborn child. My motivation was to look good for my son.
How did you change your eating habits?
No sugar, no bread, no pasta. I maintained by eating only 20 carbs per day. I mainly ate meat and salads and used Stevia for sweetener.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I walked for approximately 2 hours a day. I also joined the Floyd Mayweather boxing fitness program to tone my body. My goal was to get in shape so that I can help my son train for football and get him into the NFL.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I weighed 230 pounds, and now I weigh 140 pounds. I went from a size 20 to a size 8/10.
What is your height?
My height is 5’5″.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
I want all-natural weight loss. I do not plan on ever getting surgery.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is to use portion control cause because you can gain weight fast without it.
