Today’s weight loss success story: Lin lost 45 pounds. She said:
“I started by just walking 30 minutes a day in 2009. I started cutting calories and walking. I ate regular food, but a would only eat half of my regular portions. I liked the results, so then I started making better choices. I have Sunday as my cheat day and I now walk 20 flights of stairs about 3 times a week and walk 2 to 3 miles ony treadmill 3 times a week. I have lost 45 lbs to date.
I still have more work to do, but God is amazing for teaching me how to lose weight. I thank God for the wisdom and for the encouragement that I have received from all the posts on “Black Women Losing Weight”. God bless you all.”
