Shanice lost 58 pounds. After giving birth, she worked out five days a week and changed her eating habits with help from a nutritionist and dietician. Her goal is to be an active mother now and an active grandmother and great-grandmother in the future.
Transformation of the Day: Kim lost 83 pounds. While already dealing with the challenges of having Multiple Sclerosis, she was in a car accident that left her with excruciating back pain. In January 2019, she decided that enough was enough. She reached out to her neurologist and was referred to a nutritionist who helped her get her eating habits in check. From there, she fully committed to good nutrition and daily exercise.
Debra lost 32 pounds and lots of inches. She is determined to get off high blood pressure and cholesterol medication and be in the best health possible. With help from her trainer and her nutritionist, she made exercise a priority and switched her diet to whole, nutrient-rich foods.
Mary lost 11 more pounds for a total of 61 pounds gone. We’ve been following her journey since 2016. She joined an online program for accountability and guidance and got great results. We asked her to share how she has maintained her success and what has allowed her to stay on track.
