Niazsha lost 30 pounds going from 192 to 162 pounds. Here is what she shared with us:
I took me 2 years to lose this weight. I changed my diet, eliminated red meat and eliminated soda I also limited the sweets I was eating. I started walking and taking pole fitness classes (it’s fun). I still have 25 pounds to go. The extra weight gave me the worst hormonal imbalance and it put me at risk for diabetes. I thank God for how far I’ve come and look forward to meeting my overall goal of 135-137 pounds.
