It took me 9 months to lose the weight, but I loved me everyday…and I did it. 55 pounds lost and more to go. My motivation was that I found my true love in 1996. My eating habits: I count my calories. I don’t eat beef and I don’t eat pork. I also don’t eat sugar. My exercise routine consists of working out three times a week with my personal trainer. My starting weight was 231. My current weight is 176. No surgery just hard work.






Now…As with ANY diet plan or meal plan YOU have to modify it to make it work for you. There is no One-Size-Fits All Plan!
