Transformation of the Day: Sasha Nicole lost 160 pounds. She turned a negative into a positve by using the bad experiences and hindrances she endured as inspiration to keep going. She shared with us the steps she took to create a healthy lifestyle.
Carmen lost 20 pounds. She was tired of struggling with her weight and feeling uncomfortable. Working out consistently, eating smaller portions, and addressing and finding solutions for emotional eating have been critical factors in her success.
Transformation of the Day: Racquel lost 160 pounds. Her motivation was to overcome PCOS and insulin resistance to become a mother. She figured out what eating habits work for her, had gastric bypass surgery, and addressed her food addiction.
Yaya lost 100+ pounds. Depression, pre-diabetes, food addiction, and high blood pressure could not stop her. She was determined to turn her life around. She had gastric sleeve surgery in 2019, switched to a low carb lifestyle, and committed to working out.
Margon lost 57 pounds by switching to a low carb lifestyle and working out three days a week. She is determined to break her unhealthy addiction to food.
