She started her journey after having emergency surgery. By making practical changes to her eating habits and working out 3-5 days a week, she has transfomed.
Jacquesha lost 33.6 pounds. Watching a good friend bounce back from a heart attack inspired this Chef to begin her own wellness journey. Focusing on health and wellness became her therapy. She cut out sugary drinks, walked 5 miles a day, and worked out with a trainer 3-4 days a week.
