Let’s show some love to Connie. She lost 36 pounds. Her story is very moving and shows that you can rise up after tragedy and change your life. Here is what she shared with us about her journey:
“Hi, My name is Connie Moore. I’m 44 years old. I started my weight loss regimen on Sept, 8 2013. I’ve lost 36 pounds, with 50 pounds to go. It’s a lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating. Bake and broil, no frying. Remove sugar unless it’s natural and above all… be happy!! THANK YOU for seeing me.”
