Her turning point happened when she found out her cholesterol levels were very high, and there was concern about blocked arteries. She decided to focus on fitness and switch to a Mediterranean diet to improve her health.
Debra lost 32 pounds and lots of inches. She is determined to get off high blood pressure and cholesterol medication and be in the best health possible. With help from her trainer and her nutritionist, she made exercise a priority and switched her diet to whole, nutrient-rich foods.
