Transformation of the Day: Jennifer lost 100 pounds. She is an Air Force Veteran, Author, Wife, and mother of five children. In 2019 and 2020, she experienced several injuries, including broken ankles after a bad fall. As she recovered, she decided it was time to get in shape. Intermittent fasting, journaling, walking, and kettlebell training worked for her.
