This breast cancer survivor shared with us the steps she took to restore/take back her health after treatment and surgery. In this update, she shares how she’s been able to maintain her success and thrive.
Natisia shared her weight loss journey, detailing the ups and downs she overcame while losing over 200 pounds. Since 2011, she has studied health and nutrition, transformed her eating habits, and committed to fitness.
As a Registered Nurse, she wanted to live an authentically healthy lifestyle and overcome depression and emotional eating. She gave us the details of her two-year journey, which includes transitioning from low-carb/high-protein to Vegan and opening a Fitness & Cycle Studio.
Transformation of the Day: Alisha lost 18 pounds. During her four-month journey, she learned the power of portion control and took Zumba classes 3-4 times a week. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Tiffine lost 45 pounds. She wanted to be the best version of herself, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As a nurse, she has always had a passion for health. She became a Zumba instructor, and she’s currently training to be a weight management specialist and a certified personal trainer.
Transformation of the Day: Kayla lost 94 pounds. She’s been on a weight loss journey most of her adult, but last year she truly committed and had VSG surgery. This proud nurse and mother is on a mission to enjoy a healthy life and not let all of her hard work go to waste.
Deja lost 69 pounds by embracing healthy eating habits and working out consistently. While studying to be a nurse, she reached her highest weight. She decided that she didn’t want to be a hypocrite to her future patients, telling them to be healthy when she wasn’t.
