This breast cancer survivor shared with us the steps she took to restore/take back her health after treatment and surgery. In this update, she shares how she’s been able to maintain her success and thrive.
As a Registered Nurse, she wanted to live an authentically healthy lifestyle and overcome depression and emotional eating. She gave us the details of her two-year journey, which includes transitioning from low-carb/high-protein to Vegan and opening a Fitness & Cycle Studio.
Ada lost 50 pounds. She joined a local 30-day challenge and transformed her body by tracking macros and working out 5 to 6 days a week. Eventually, this breast cancer warrior made it to the stage as a fitness competitor. In Oct 2022, she won 2nd place in Figure Masters and Figure Open
Transformation of the Day: Jasmin lost a significant amount of weight by making practical changes to her eating habits and cutting out sodas. She was dealing with several challenges, including depression, PTSD, and being a caretaker for her father as he battled lung cancer. After he passed away in 2019, she decided to pursue a healthier, happier life.
Transformation of the Day: MoNesha lost 42 pounds. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. After having a double mastectomy, 12 rounds of chemo, and one year of immunotherapy, she decided to take control of her health and change her relationship with food by using Noom.
