My name is Constance R. I am a wife and a proud mother of four children. I have been battling with my weight for ten years. I just couldn’t lose the weight or stick to dieting. So, I decided to have weight loss surgery to become healthier and happy. I wanted to start a new life, the one I always knew I could have. I had the gastric sleeve procedure.
My children was my motivation and I was inspired by the thought of having a healthier life. I changed my eating habits by using portion control. I also stopped drinking soda and eating bread. I started eating more salads, grilled chicken and lots of veggies. I work out four to five times a week for two hours a session.
My starting weight was 209 pounds and my current weight is 141 pounds. My transformation took one year.
My advice for other people who want to lose weight: Keep trying and don’t give up. Don’t be scared to try new things.

“Hello! Thank you so much for

I lost My mother and 24 year old sister to diabetes and I refused to end up sick or dead, so in 2012 I decided to have Gastric Bypass weight loss surgery. I had the hardest time getting approved because I was in perfect health. “Wow”, you say. No, I didn’t have high blood pressure, diabetes or heart issues, After a long fight, I finally got the approval and almost 2 years later and over 100 pounds lighter I’m still maintaining my weight loss. I would like to lose 60 more lbs and I will keep you all updated on my progress.
