Weight Loss Story: Kimberly lost 70 pounds this year. She worked out at home with exercise programs from Shaun T. With the support of her husband, she’s been motivated to exercise regularly and eat right. Here is what she shared about her journey…

I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. At my heaviest, I weighed 320 pounds! I started my weight loss journey/lifestyle change in January 2015. I weighed 260 lbs at the time. Today, I weigh 190 pounds at 5’1″ tall. I did it with Shaun T’s T25 program and the Insanity program.
My husband has been my biggest supporter. He has worked out with me every step of the way. We recently started doing the Insanity program again together. When we finish, we plan on doing the P90X3 program. I workout 5 days a week. Also, I’ve completely changed my diet. No juice, no soda pop and no red meat. Nothing fried and more fresh veggies.
This has been the best choice I’ve ever made! I’ve gone from a size 20/XXL to a size 16/Large. My advice for others: Stop eating fried foods and red meat.
