Earlier this year, a routine physical revealed that she had pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. With her 3-year-old twins in mind, she decided it was time to make some serious lifestyle changes, like working with a dietitian.
Ashley wrote to us to share her healthy pregnancy journey and insights about wellness and self-care. For 14 years, she’s been a body transformation coach, so she knew how to balance nutrition and exercise during her twin pregnancy.
Her motivation is to be a healthy example for her twin daughters. She shared with us the mix of habits that have allowed her to transform, including intermittent fasting and taking Ozempic for appetite control.
