Transformation of the Day: Rosetta lost 36 pounds. She experienced rapid weight gain after having a total hysterectomy. One day, she met a fitness coach at a women’s luncheon who would later become her teacher and trainer. She learned how to make healthier choices and make substitutions for the unhealthy foods she craved.
Transformation of the Day: Royalyn lost 53 pounds. She was tired of getting out of breath doing simple tasks, and she didn’t want to be the “big girl” anymore. When she got the news that she was borderline for diabetes, that was her wake-up call. By working with a fitness coach, she was able to commit to a fitness routine and healthy eating regimen.
Brianna lost 112 pounds. We have been following her transformation story since 2017. Not only has she maintained her successful transformation with healthy eating habits and exercise, but she became a certified personal trainer and joined the program that helped her change her life as a fitness coach.
