Transformation of the Day: Latoria lost 96 pounds. We’ve been following her story since 2013, and her journey is truly inspiring. Healthy eating habits and exercise are foundational to her success, but consistency and balance have been key to maintaining her results. She’s a Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Spinning Instructor.
Leonie lost two dress sizes. During quarantine, something clicked for her. She started using her Peloton that had just been collecting dust and switched up her eating habits. Tracking her progress with a scale is demotivating for her. So, instead, she pays attention to how her clothes fit.
Transformation of the Day: Gail lost 55 pounds with Jenny Craig. After losing her job, her trainer, and access to the gym due to the pandemic, she continued making healthy food choices and started exercising on her own. She also used her faith to conquer emotional/stress eating.
