Quitley lost 31 pounds. She wanted to love how she looks in clothes and be as healthy as she can be in the future. She found that eating high-protein meals, jumping rope, and lifting weights was the perfect combination for releasing the weight.
Erika lost 111 pounds. She struggled with childhood obesity and was overweight for the majority of her life. In 2014, she started improving her eating habits and lifting weights. Eventually, that led to her becoming a registered dietitian and a competitive powerlifter.
