My motivation was and is to be healthy for my 2 boys (ages 6 and 9 years old). I started originally at 265 pounds. I started losing weight and got to 227 pounds, but I hit a weight loss plateau. I couldn’t get the pounds to budge for 9 months. I changed my eating habits (cut out processed sugar and carbs). I also worked out 3-6 times a week (doing cardio, weights and Zumba classes). I also used Omnitrition products.
I lost 47 more pounds in 62 days by doing all of this and I haven’t looked back! I feel better than ever and I’m keeping the weight off! My original weight loss goal was 180 lbs. I’m here & my new goal is 145 so that I am at a good BMI & heart healthy weight for my 5’4″ frame. I encourage everyone to find what works for THEM! Everyone has their own path to the same goal of being healthy & happy as themselves!
