Weight Loss Transformation of the Day: Jaianne lost 82 pounds. Two years ago, she decided that enough was enough. It was time to be happier and healthier. She took action by working out at home and changing her eating habits. Now, she is sharing her results with us…

Starting weight: 257 pounds
Current weight: 175 pounds
I started my journey in May of 2013.
I’ve lost 82 pounds. Two years ago, I knew I wasn’t happy. Not just with my looks but with myself in general. I decided then I was going to make some changes in my life. I started to become healthier by surrounding myself with people who motivated me and helped me. I set goals for myself, took action and became happier.
I first joined Beachbody that summer and with help of my coach at the time I was able to change my eating habits. I cut out eating fast food and changed to eating more veggies and protein. I workout 5 to 6 times a week doing various at home workouts like Turbo Fire. I barely go to the gym, but I do have a gym membership. I also do walking, running and yoga. I’ve lost weight but my journey hasn’t ended yet. I’m happy to say that I haven’t gone back to the way I was and I won’t go back.
I just wanted to share my progress with you all. No matter what current state you are, you can become happy with yourself. You just need to make some changes. You need to believe in yourself and know that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. I am a living proof of that. Am I done? No, but I am very happy with the progress I have made over the years. As you can see in my pictures, you can achieve what ever you put your mind too. #livehappylivehealthy I hope this motivates YOU to change.

My advice to others on their own fitness journey is to eat in moderation but know when to say No. One should incorporate cheat days and times where he or she is able to let loose a little and enjoy the journey without being so caught up on how many calories that donut has. At the end of the day, you can lose as much weight as you want, but if you still aren’t happy, then is it really worth it? I choose to live a life of happiness and the freedom to do whatever I want.
